MÖBIUS FLOATING MUSEUM: A TIMELESS JOURNEY
The Möbius Museum is conceived as a floating cultural landmark where architecture, emotion, and movement merge into one continuous experience. Inspired by the infinite geometry of the Möbius strip, the museum unfolds as a seamless circulation loop that guides visitors through exhibition, interaction, contemplation, and reflection without a defined beginning or end.
Resting gently on the water, the museum combines innovative floating infrastructure with warm, sculptural timber architecture to create an immersive and emotionally resonant environment. The continuous spatial ribbon blurs the boundary between floor, wall, and roof, shaping a fluid journey defined by light, materiality, and changing perspectives toward the horizon.
The project proposes a new vision for the museum typology; one that is not static, but experiential and transformative. Through its sustainable floating foundation, glulam structural system, and carefully choreographed interior spaces, the Möbius Museum becomes both an architectural landmark and a timeless emotional journey across water, memory, and human connection.
